         You feel energetic all the time, your face glows and you have lots of interest to do your work means when you are both in physically and mentally fit, strong and balanced then you can say you are healthy.
         Now-a-days our lifestyle has changed. People are now running after money so that they are neglecting their health. That is the reason of premature death and lots of diseases, weight gain and so on.This is the time we have to take actions.Because when we will have life then we can earn money. This unhealthy lifestyle not only disturbing our life but also it will put more impact on our next generations. Because if we don't have an idea about healthy lifestyle then how can we teach them?

      Before we start, I want to say two important things... first one is love self love. When you love yourself then you love your life. Second thing is smile. Smile is the good exercise for good health. OK now directly go to the point. As our day starts with the morning so lets start with it.

  1. Early morning
"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". Rising early in the morning makes you feel fresh and more active.Try to get up before 7 am daily in the morning.But it's too much difficult for us now because we waste lots of our time at night and sleep late. So if we have to achieve something then we have to invest something. 
     2. Hydrate your body
For good health, daily we have to drink at least 2 litres of water. Don't go for chilled water, it is harmful. After getting up in the morning, taking warm water with lemon and honey is the best energy drink to start your day. You can take black coffee, green tea or any herbal tea, fruit juice etc. say no to tea.
      Tips: You can take one cup of Lukewarm water and add some turmeric powder and drink          it in empty stomach after getting up in the morning, then after 30 mins take your food.

      3. Workout
To maintain a right body weight according to your age, gender, height is a difficult task for us now-a-days.Overweight comes when we consume more foods and do less work. When the calories burn greater than the calories consume then we can balance our weight. So we have to do daily exercises like walking, jogging, skipping, yoga etc. Daily you have to give 30 mins to 1 hrs for exercise.
     Tips: ➤Walking 10,000 steps daily is the best exercise to gain figure.
                ➤Use stairs instead of lifts and elevator.

     4. Meditation
                   
 This is the best thing to add your daily routine in this stressful life to make you feel calm and peaceful. Meditation gives energy to your body. It empowers your mind and thoughts and lots of benefits to your body,mind and soul.you can do meditation according to your free time and the time limit you can take from 5 mins to so on.
     Tips:   ➤Early morning is the best time for meditation.
                  ➤ When your mind is calm means there is no other works to do, then you do                                     meditation otherwise don't do it.
                  ➤Make a time table for the same time daily to do meditation and choose a proper                             place where there is no disturbances.

      5. Meal
                
For good health, we need balanced food with smaller meals at different times of the day. Add less carbohydrates food like rice,bread potatoes etc. and more protein rich foods in your meal.Replace saturated fat with unsaturated fats. Fats are also very important for proper functioning of our body but not in excess amount. Avoid the trans fat. Fruits and green vegetables give us vitamins, minerals and fibre. Reduce white poison means sugar, salt,flour. Use alternatives of these products. 

      Tips:  ➤Never skip your meal especially breakfast.
                  ➤ you can take snacks between meals like yogurt,dried fruits,nuts etc. it helps in                               reduce the eating of  extra  food in your meal.
                  ➤you can boil, steam or bake instead of frying.

      6.Time to yourself
                  
It is the time which you give to yourself for self improvement. In your busy schedule find out a time to pamper yourself. You can utilise this time in reading motivational books or any kind of book, magazine according to your interest,giving quality times to your family, working on your hobby, listing to music etc.

       7. Say no to toxic
If you are serious about your life then please avoid these toxic items like alcohol,drugs etc and stop smoking . It not only affecting your life but also your family. 
      Tips: ➤I know you can't stop it easily but when you have determination to stop it then                              you can. 
                 ➤First reduce the quantity you are consuming then slowly slowly stop it totally.

       8. Sleep
              
Daily 8 hours of sleep is needed for your body. Sleeping can reduce the risk of diseases. please avoid using of mobiles, TV before sleeping. Don't waste your time scrolling the news feed of social media. Finish your work before 1 hour of sleep.
